Do we accept insurance?

YES, we will be glad to submit your insurance after you have met your deductible and your co-pay as a courtesy to you and your family. Different policies have different benefits predetermined by your employer and you are responsible for the difference.

Does Medicare pay on dental?

No, unfortunately dental services are not covered under Medicare.

How much do services cost?

We will be glad to give you a cost estimate before work is done; however in most instances Dr. Sullivant must see you to determine the best service for your particular need.
